At Inspire-Light Com’ & Marketing Agency we measure company success further than immediate profitability.
We see ourselves as part of the bigger picture, and by distilling these values from our own personal value sets, we’ve created core values that are a direct reflection of the individual values of the people who make DIGITAL-ADS ONLINE Creative.
As individuals, and as a company, we should do everything possible to live to these tenets. Where we don’t, we should ask ourselves why not, and how can I/we change so that we always do?
To this end, it is expected that these values will be agreed to by all employees in continuing employment, and spoken to in each employee performance review. They will also be reviewed at least annually with the entire team of DIGITAL-ADS ONLINE for evaluation of fit and clarity of expectation.
